Tasting notes
Thick and syrupy in the mouth, with a returning sweetness that lingers. The liquor pours clear golden-red.
How to brew
One 5 g sachet per 500 ml. Rinse once, then steep or simmer.
Rinse once with 95–100 °C spring water before the first infusion (twice for aged tea and pressed bricks). Traditionally simmered, the cup shows deep chestnut brown — faintly astringent, never bitter — and tastes best at 80–85 °C.
