Tasting notes
A full, persistent glutinous-rice fragrance; sweet and mellow on the palate, with a clear red liquor.
How to brew
One 5 g sachet per 500 ml. Excellent simmered with milk.
Rinse once with 95–100 °C spring water before the first infusion (twice for aged tea and pressed bricks). Traditionally simmered, the cup shows deep chestnut brown — faintly astringent, never bitter — and tastes best at 80–85 °C.
